The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 96 of 2018, registered with Central Police Station, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 397, 363, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The applicant was apprehended on 1st May, 2018 and is charge-sheeted.

The applicant has suffered incarceration for last more than 31⁄2 years. As far as the role attributed to the applicant is assault to the complainant by shock absorber. He was an accomplice of main accused, Krishna and Ajay.

Since last more than 31⁄2 years, Charge is not framed against the applicant. Other co-accused are already released on bail but for Krishna and Ajay.

In view of above, in my opinion, a case for grant of bail is made out. The application is allowed on following conditions :
O R D E R
(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 96 of 2018, registered with Central Police Station, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 397, 363, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
3/3 (ii) Till framing of Charge, the applicant shall stay away from the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station. (iii) The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. (iv) The applicant shall attend the trial regularly, failing which the trial Court will be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of Applicant'
