There is a concurrent finding recorded by the Courts below as regards the Petitioner/Plaintiff's entitlement to the discretionary relief of temporary injunction. Both the Courts below on the basis of the material on record have reached a conclusion that the Plaintiff is not in possession of the property and that the Defendant was put in possession pursuant to the Sale Deed executed by the Defendant No.1 in favour of the Defendant Nos.7 to 13. In the light of the concurrent orders passed by the Courts below, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.
