Heard Mr. P.N. Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant. 3.

Mr. Joshi submitted that by order dated 23.2.2015, the applicant was given four weeks time to remove office objections failing which Second Appeal (ST) No.32303 of 2014 was to stand refused for registration along with Civil Application (ST) without reference to the Court. He submitted that office has raised objection about not filing certified copy of trial Court decree. He assures that after restoration of Second Appeal, within one week from today he will remove all office objections. He further states that notice was not issued to the respondent in Main Appeal. 4.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause

2 / 2 CA/745/2014 (a), (b), (c) with no order as to costs. Second Appeal is restored to file of this Court. Office Objections shall be removed within one week from today.
