Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the office objections could not be removed for the reasons setout in the civil application and civil application could not be filed within time due to the reasons recorded in the civil application.

Learned counsel undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and on the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the office objections would be removed within four weeks from today, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, Contempt Petition (St) No.7375 of 2015 to stand dismissed without further reference to court. 5.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

Civil application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
