2) This application is preferred by the plaintiff for setting aside the conditional order dated 18.2.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) by which the registration of the second appeal stands refused for non removal of the office objections.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within 4-weeks from today. 4) Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the undertaking given as stated herein above, I am satisfied that the

applicant has made out a case.

5) Hence, the following order.

a) The order dated 18.2.2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b) The Second Appeal St. No.32068 of 2014 is restored to file.

c) The applicant to remove all office objections within four weeks from today failing which civil application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (K.K.TATED,J.)
