By this application, the applicants are seeking the direction to the trial court to dispose of Criminal Case, being C.C. No. 315/PW/2011, expeditiously. Since said criminal case is pending for over 12 years, the trial court is requested to accelerate the hearing of the trial and to decide it on its own merits in accordance with the law, preferably within five months from the receipt of this order. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
