The writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Charity Commissioner to decide the Petitioner's application bearing No. 96 of 2010 seeking sanction to sell the immovable property under Section 36

(1) (a) of the Bombay Public Trust Act, as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight weeks, on merits and in accordance with law. 2.

The Petitioner shall appear before th Charity Commissioner with the copy of this order on 16th May, 2016. The Charity Commissioner to process
