Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State. Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 1st February 2017, copy of which is at Exhibit-H to the petition. Having gone through the same, we find that the same does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. We are, therefore, not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. [SMT.
