Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R No.6 of 2022, dated 16th February 2022 registered with ACB, Mumbai, the investigating agency has filed charge sheet before Special Court on 7th February 2023.

He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to file an application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C, before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.
