This application is moved for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the appeal. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant underwent two cataract operations in november, December 2014 and it took some time to prepare the memo of the appeal and hence, there is a delay.

The learned Counsel for Respondents have opposed the application.
