The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 is not contesting respondent. He is not claiming any relief against him.

By this petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner tenant is challenging the order dated 3.2.2016 passed by the appellate bench of Small Causes Court below Exhibit-6 directing petitioner to deposit Mohite 1/2

55 wp5195-16 compensation @ Rs.15,000/- per month.

By consent of both the parties, without giving any reason, impugned order dated 3.2.2016 below Exh.06 passed by Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court at Bombay is modified to the extent of Rs.12,500/- instead of Rs.15,000/-.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Time to clear the arrears is extended on or before 31.5.2016.
