Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.3 and 4 has placed on record letter dated 8th October, 2014, addressed by the Block Development Officer of Panchayat Samiti Malshiras to the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Solapur. It is stated that on 25th August, 2014 Bondale Gram Panchayat passed a resolution for demolition of the Tank which is the subject matter of this petition. The letter records that on 29th August, 2014, the Tank has been demolished. A copy of resolution dated 25th August, 2014 passed by the village panchayat has been annexed to the petition. The letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 1/2
