Interim application has been preferred seeking permission to withdraw amount of Rs.8 lakhs deposited by the original applicant pursuant to the order dated 14/3/2022 passed by this Court.

The applicant is the original respondent No.1 and on 11/4/2022 this Court had granted liberty to the respondent to move application for withdrawal of the amount pursuant to which Interim application has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the original applicant submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount subject to bank guarantee being furnished by the applicant. 4.

In view of the above, applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.8 lakhs deposited by the original revision applicant in this Court subject to furnishing of the Bank Guarantee to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

The Interim Application is disposed of.
