Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application as the applicant has preferred another bail application being BA No.4203 of 2023 which is pending before this Court. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the application came to be filed at the instance of the applicant and the Counsel was unaware about the pendency of the previous application. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
