Mr.Korgaonkar attached to Malad Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed charge-sheet on 10th January JYOTI RAJESH MANE 2020 in the Court of 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.04.03 14:39:45 +0530 Borivali, Mumbai and the said case is numbered as C.C. No.232/PW/2020. That, the Applicant is not traceable and therefore he is shown as a wanted accused in the said charge-sheet.

2) In view of the above, as the Applicant is reported to be absconding and the fact that the police have already filed the charge-sheet, we are not inclined to entertain present Application for quashing of FIR No.143/2015 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai.
