By an order dated 28.04.2016, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

The record indicates that during the pendency of the present Application, police have submitted charge-sheet. The said fact is recorded in the Order dated 17.07.2017. In view of the ratio laid down in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar, according to me, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for the purpose of further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. 3.
