Considering the nature of the prayers, Writ Petition itself is not maintainable. However, it is pointed out that the application of the petitioners dated 29th February 2016 is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kurla. Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that no orders are passed on the said application. 3.

In the absence of the orders being passed, there is no cause for the petitioners to approach this Court. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to take up the application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The petitioners shall initially approach the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 22nd January 2018 along with this order. 5.
