The Petitioners are present. Respondent No.2 - Complainant is also present. He is identified by Advocate Mr.Aniket Vagal. The complainant has tendered an affidavit and stated that dispute between the parties is amicably settled.

We have perused the FIR, which is essentially under Sections
2/2 26-wp.1873.2018.doc 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It arises out of a commercial transaction.

In this situation, accepting joint request of parties, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
