Pending suit, the learned trial Judge, vide order dated th March, 2016 declined the interim relief, sought by the plaintiff. That order is under challenge in this Appeal. Though, Appeal was filed in 2019, till date, this Court has not granted Rane 1/2

30-AO-204-2019.odt relief to the appellants. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. Rather, having examined the nature of suit, it would be expedient, if the trial Court concludes the Suit within reasonable period. Ordered accordingly. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Appeal is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
