By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the appeal.

I have perused the averments made in the civil application. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraph 3 of the civil application. The reasons recorded in paragraph 3 of the civil application are accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
