Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

It appears that the petitioner No.1 has not complied with the orders dated 23rd August, 2016 and 1st September, 2016 directing him to deposit Rs. 10,000/- in the trial Court. Neither has the petitioner No. 1 deposited a single farthing towards the arrears of maintenance which are about Rs. 1,70,000/- nor any inclination is shown by the petitioners to deposit the same.

Considering the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
