Leave to amend prayer clauses in the application. Amendment may be carried out forthwith.

The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 25th February, 2022. He was permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the time to furnish surety is already over. On account of several difficulty, the surety could not be furnished and hence, extension of six weeks may be granted to furnish surety and the facility of cash bail be extended by a period of six weeks.

In view of the submissions, the cash bail facility granted by this Court vide order dated 25th February, 2022 is extended by a period of six weeks.
