The learned APP Mrs.Sangeeta Shinde tenders a report dated 27th June, 2018 of the Inspector of Police, Khopoli Police Station. It is stated in the said report that the police have filed an "abatement summary" before the learned Judical Magistrate First Class, Khalapur. 2.

In view thereof, the above Petition seeking the relief sought of transfer of investigation has turned infructuous. It would be open for the

2/2 33-wp.1856.2018.doc Petitioner to object to the said report by filing an appropriate application/petition before the concerned Court. It would be open for the concerned Court to consider such an application/petition in accordance with law.

In the light of the said report, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.

The report dated 27th June, 2018, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
