The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent/claimant Mr. T. D. Deshmukh opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 101 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
