Mr. Thokade, learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make representation to the respondent No.2 for allotment of alternative land in view of the demolition of the structure which was in his possession as licensee. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same independently on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the same.
