The Petitioners have challenged notice dated 21 April 2022 which has been issued by the Administrator. It is pointed out that thereafter election of the co-operative society has been held and the elected body has taken charge. The signatory of the notice is, therefore, no longer in charge of the co-operative society. 2.

We dispose of this petition giving liberty to the Petitioners to revive their challenge in case the elected body of the society seeks to proceed further on the basis of the impugned notice issued by the Administrator. Order accordingly. (SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
