Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Management in Writ Petition No.109 of 2003 seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. She states that the Petitioner Management has no objection if the amount which is deposited in this Court alongwith the accrued interest is withdrawn by the Respondents who are legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 employee.

The Respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of backwages which is deposited in the Court alongwith accrued interest pursuant to the order dated 1 March 2004 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.2356 of 2003.
The Contempt Petition No.224 of 2003 does not survive and is disposed of.
