The grievance of the petitioners is that they had submitted an application for renewal of their FL - III licence, but the respondent No.2 has not considered and decided the same. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP, we dispose of this Petition by directing 2nd respondent - Collector to consider and 1/2

914. wp 5046.18.doc take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application for renewal of the aforesaid licence keeping in view the directions of the Supreme Court as also G.R. dated 31/03/2018 - Exhibit 'E'. Before taking the decision, respondent No.2 shall give opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in regard to their application. The petitioners to appear before 2nd respondent on 03/05/2018 at 11.00 a.m. 2nd respondent to decide petitioner's application within 4 weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners before 2nd respondent.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
