This application filed by the wife under Section 24 Civil Procedure Code is for transfer of petition A. No. 1327 of 2013 pending in the Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Nashik. 2).

The transfer of the proceedings is sought on the ground that, the applicant has to look after the small child and it becomes difficult for her to travel to Pune on every date of the matter. There are also serious allegations made against the respondent. It is alleged that the respondent had concealed the fact of his earlier marriage from the applicant and had married her on 2nd July, 2012. The first marriage of

The applicant has thereafter filed proceedings at Nasik Court for dissolution of marriage. Considering the facts of the case and the proceedings filed by the applicant wife, it would be in the interest of justice to allow the application and transfer the petition filed by the respondent from the family Court at Pune to the Family Court, Nasik.
