As directed, the Advocate at the instructions of parties, has furnished the documents. Therefore, at this stage, we are inclined to stay order dated 17.04.2015 passed against the Advocate and even against the sheristedar. However, it is desirable that the concerned parties basically the Advocate to file reply and explain, by 8.5.2015, to the stated show cause notice. The Authorities to deal with the same in accordance with law. If adverse order is passed against the Petitioner, the same should not be given effect to for further four weeks thereafter.
