By the impugned order, the Hon'ble Minister of State of Revenue Department granted a particular spot to the sixth Respondent for excavation of sand for the year 2014-2015. We find from the Farad sheet that there was no ad-interim or interim relief granted. If the order is already acted upon, nothing will survive in the present Petition. In any case, if the order is not acted upon, the same cannot be acted upon as the same was confined to the year 2014-2015. Hence, we need not entertain this Petition. The Petition is disposed of. However we make it clear that no adjudication is made as regards legality and validity of the order dated 9 September 2014.
