P. C. :

1.

None appears for the Petitioner. Heard learned APP for the State. Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 18th February 2017, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit- G. We have gone through the same. The Petitioner's advocate has sent the sad notice to the Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Pune. On the basis of such complaint, cognizance of the alleged offence cannot be taken. The Petitioner ought to have followed the procedure under section 154(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this writ petition in writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
