The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the First Appeal St No.22693 of 2015 and Civil Application St No.22694 of 2015 by setting aside the conditional order dated 4-2-2016 passed by the Learned Registrar Judicial - II of this Court. The said order became operative in view of the fact that the Applicants / Appellants had not removed the office objections. The office objections are interalia the following:- certified copy not filed, deficit court fees and incomplete address of the Applicants. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants / Appellants Mr. Pimple on instructions states that the said office objections would be removed by the Applicants / Appellants within 10 days. Hence accepting the said statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicants, the above Civil Application is allowed and resultantly the First Appeal St No.22693 of 2015 and Civil Application St No.22694 of 2015 are restored to file. It is expected that the Applicants / mmj

caf-2993-16-(10) Appellants would remove the office objections within one week. If the objections are not removed, the First Appeal and the Civil Application would once again stand dismissed for non prosecution. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
