The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that sole grievance of the Petitioner is that his representation is not being decided by the Respondents. The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that representation of the Petitioner would be decided by the Respondents within two weeks from today. As far as personal hearing is concerned, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not insisting on personal hearing and the order can be passed without giving personal hearing to the Petitioner.
