Heard the petitioner appearing in person. She had submitted a Nomination Form to contest the ensuing election of Lok Sabha from 30Mumbai South Central Parliamentary Constituency. By order dated 10th April, 2019, the Returning Officer has rejected the Nomination Form of the petitioner.

The petitioner appearing in person submits that the impugned order dated 10th April, 2019 is passed on the factually incorrect grounds. 3.

The remedy for the petitioner is to file Election Petition in accordance with the Representation of the People Act, 1951 for challenging the result of the election. At this stage, no interference can be made with the election process. By keeping the remedy open to the petitioner, the petition is disposed. of.
