I am informed that the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-II ('CGIT' for short) from the week of 17.08.2021 is available, when the Petitioner would be in a position to move the CGIT-II for appropriate reliefs. As the CGIT-II would now be available, the CGIT-II is requested to consider the prayer for interim reliefs and the request for waiver and pass appropriate orders on the same on or before 31.08.2021.
