The above Writ Petition has been filed, inter alia, for the relief that the Respondent No.2 be directed to comply with the order dated 03/12/2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai. The second relief sought is for initiating proceedings against the Respondent No.2 under the Contempt of Court's Act, 1981.

Having regard to the said prayers, we are afraid that the same cannot be granted by us in the above Writ Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Metropolitan Magistrate who is in seisin of the matter for the reliefs sought vide unnumbered prayer clause which can be said to be prayer clause (a). Insofar as the prayer clause (b) is concerned, we do not find any warrant to issue the directions as sought by the said prayer clause (b). The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
