The petition is completely bereft of averments. The award itself is stated to be passed in the year 1979. Considering the wellsettled position in law not only on the doctrine of delay and laches but also the cause of action to make a representation being not live, we are not inclined to interfere in the present petition, and that too on prayers whereby the petitioner after a lapse of almost 40 years is praying that his application which was filed on 8 March 2019 for allotment of land be considered and decided by the appropriate authority.

Disposed of. No costs.
