Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.53 of 2018, registered with Manpada Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the only allegation against the applicant is that he had certified the Will of 1969 in 2018, as true copy for submitting the same in the collateral proceedings. rpa 2/3 15-aba-781-18.doc the Court submitted that custody of the applicant is not required considering the role attributed to the applicant, as stated hereinabove. It is further submitted by learned APP, on instructions, that applicant be directed to attend the police station as and when called for. In the circumstances, the interim order dated 23rd April, 2018, is confirmed.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) The order dated 23rd April, 2018, passed by this Court is confirmed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.53 of 2018, registered with Manpada Police Station, Thane, he be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicant shall report the investigating officer as and when call for;
