For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order:

ORDER :

(a) The Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads this:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be please to pass appropriate writ order and directions directing the quashing of case No.

No.162/PW/2014 and the FIR No.178/2012 out of which the said case is arised registered with M.M. Court No.29th at Dadar Bhoiwada, Mumbai under the provision of section 498-A r/w Section 34 &

ash wp-1661.16.operativepart U/sec.406 of IPC registered by the Respondent no.2 at the instance of the Petitioners 01 to 06 on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
