This is a civil application filed by the original respondents praying that the hearing of the civil revision application be expedited and an early date be fixed on the ground that the respondents have succeeded before both the Courts below as also the applicant Nos.1A and 3 (respondent Nos.1A and 3) are senior citizens.

Having considered the averments made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the civil application be allowed. It is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
