By this application, the applicant has sought leave to condone the delay of 171 days in filing the application for leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 3rd July, 2014 in passed C.C. No.501/SS/2011 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 58th Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 20 of the application, which is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent, the delay is condoned.
