The applicants in this application are respondents no.2 and 3 in the appeal. They seek to discharge their next friend and guardian since they have attained majority. The applicants have annexed their respective school leaving certificates as the evidence of their age. Heard the advocates. Perused the papers and the annexures. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The next friend and guardian of the applicants is discharged and the applicants are permitted to contest the appeal by themselves.
