3] Ad-interim protection ordered on 12th April, 2019 stands confirmed.

4] Applicant in the event of his arrest by Respondent No.2 in C.R. No.75 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when directed. 5] Application is accordingly disposed of.
