Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.3- Collector, Tenancy Act Division, Pune, to dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 19th December, 2013, copy of which is at Exh.'P', for permission to sell the land in question as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

The Petitioner is directed to remain present before the Respondent No.3 Collector, Tenancy Act Division, Pune, on 22.8.2016 Megha 1/2
