This is an application for modification of Order dated 6th April 2021 passed in Interim Application No. 1109 of 2021 in Criminal Revision Application No. 95 of 2021.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Perused the Application.

The Order dated 6th April 2021 is modified as under :- (i) The Applicants are directed to furnish P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each, on or before 5.00 pm of 10th June 2021. 1/2

Osk 13-IA-1460-2021 in IA-1109-2021.odt (ii) Upon their furnishing P.R. bond within stipulated period mentioned herein-above, the period to furnish one or two local sureties to make up the said amount of Rs.25,000/- each, is extended by 16 weeks from 10th June 2021. 4.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.

All the concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this Order.
