At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP states that this Bail Application was filed on 05.04.2024. He states that thereafter, subsequently, charge-sheet was filed on 02.05.2024. 2.

Accordingly, Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Applcation with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

Leave granted.

He prays that the learned Sessions Court may be directed to dispose of such Bail Application as expeditiously as possible. 5.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court and disposed of as such.
