This is an application for modification of Order dated 9th April 2021 passed in Interim Application No. 1102 of 2021 in Criminal Revision Application No. 90 of 2021.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Perused the Application.

The Order dated 9th April 2021 is modified as under :- (i) The Applicant is directed to furnish P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- on or before 5.00 pm of 10th June 2021. 1/2

Osk 12-IA-1459-2021 in IA-1102-2021.odt (ii) Upon his furnishing P.R. bond within stipulated period mentioned herein-above, the period to furnish one or two local sureties to make up the said amount of Rs.25,000/- is extended by 16 weeks from 10th June 2021.

All the concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this Order.
