At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to correct the name of the Applicant in the cause title of the main application, as well as the Interim Application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Applicant seeks temporary bail on the ground of sickness of his mother. It is stated that his mother is advised bed rest and physiotherapy. The medical certificate reveals that the mother of the Applicant may need spine surgery. The surgery is not yet scheduled as to necessitate grant of temporary bail.
