The applicant is seeking extension of cash bail facility granted to him vide order dated 5-3-2021. The applicant was directed to be released on bail in CR No.1430 of 2020 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai by order dated 5-3-2021 passed in Bail Application No.1719 of 2020. For a temporary period the applicant was permitted to furnish cash bail. It is submitted that on account of several difficulties the applicant could not furnish surety and hence eight weeks extension is sought.

In view of the submission, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of eight weeks. The cash bail facility granted to the applicant is also extended by a period of eight weeks. The Interim Application stands disposed of.
